Community Publishers Launches New Oklahoma News Sites

BENTONVILLE, AR -  Community Publishers, Inc., completed its redesigned newspaper web sites today for its weekly and semi-weekly publications in Oklahoma.

The redesign features a cleaner, simpler look and feel.  This redesign marks the completion of a company-wide effort.

“We feel this redesign presents the local community news in an easier to navigate format and the feedback we are receiving confirms that,'' said Aaron Kimbrough, Internet Manager for CPI.

The redesign involved the web sites for the newspapers in Broken Arrow, Bixby, Catoosa, Collinsville, Coweta, Glenpool, Jenks, Mannford, Owasso, Sand Springs, Skiatook, and Wagoner.

In addition, the group portal site for these newspapers, formerly called Neighbor-newspapers.com, has been renamed, redesigned and retooled. The web address for that site is now NEO.NeighborNews.com.

The portal site features a cross section of news stories from all the newspapers in the group.

''Our look may have changed but being the most comprehensive site for local news has not,'' Kimbrough said.
